报名须知

一、比赛日期及项目

1、比赛日期：2015年11月22日（星期天）；

2、比赛项目

（1）半程马拉松(21.0975公里)：2500人

（2）健康跑：2500人

二、报名资格

1、半程马拉松比赛参赛者年龄必须在16周岁以上(1999年12月31日前出生)。参赛者须持身份证、军官证、护照等有效证件按照规定进行报名，参加半程马拉松需提交比赛日1年内注册医疗机构身体检查证明文件（相关马拉松赛事成绩证明无效）。

2、健康跑比赛参赛者年龄必须在10周岁以上(2005年12月31日前出生)，身体健康并须在一名监护人监护下方可参加；

3、以下疾病患者不宜报名参赛：

（1）先天性心脏病和风湿性心脏病患者；

（2）高血压和脑血管疾病患者；

（3）心肌炎和其他心脏病患者；

4、冠状动脉病患者和严重心律不齐者；

5、血糖过高或过低的糖尿病患者；

6、孕妇

7、比赛日前两周以内患过感冒；

8、其它不适合运动的疾病患者；

三、报名时间

2015年10月26日10:00至2015年11月10日17:00，额满为止。

六、报名流程及注意事项

1、报名流程

①登陆赛事报名网站→②点击报名→③阅读报名须知/填写报名资料→④阅读参赛选手声明→⑤确认报名→⑥付费→⑦打印报名确认单并签字

2、报名成功后，请参赛者于11月20至11月21日9:00-17:30携带报名确认单、身份证件复印件、医院体检合格证明（健康跑无需提供体检证明）至上海东亚展览馆（零陵路800号）相应窗口领取比赛装备。

3、有关体检事宜。

参赛者可提供比赛日1年内注册医疗机构身体检查证明文件或持报名确认单至当地政府卫生部门注册备案的医疗机构（含专业体检机构）进行体检，体检内容为报名确认单中“体检记录”的每一个项目。

七、报名确认后如不参加比赛，将不予退还报名费，参赛项目和其他一切个人信息经确认后不得更改。

八、本报名须知最终解释权归组委会所有。未尽事宜，另行通知。

Registration Notes

I. Date and Events of Race

　1. Date: November 22, 2015 (Sunday)

　2. Events

　　(1) Half Marathon (21.0975 km): 2500 runners

　　(2) Mini Marathon: 2500 runners

II. Eligibility

　1. To participate in the Half Marathon, you must be at least 16 years old (born before December 31, 1999). Please register with a valid identification certificate such as ID card, Military ID card or passport in accordance with the rules, and provide a physical examination report issued by a registered medical institution within the one year prior to the date of the race (a certificate of achievement of previous marathon race is not valid).

　2. To participate in the Mini Marathon, you must be at least 10 years old (born before December 31, 2005), in good health and accompanied by one guardian;

　3. People suffering the following diseases are unfit to run the race:

　　(1) Congenital or rheumatic heart disease;

　　(2) Hypertension or cerebrovascular disease;

　　(3) Myocarditis or other cardiac diseases;

　　(4) Coronary artery disease or serious arrhythmia;

　　(5) Hyperglycemia or glycopenia diabetes;

　　(6) Pregnant;

　　(7) Cold within two weeks prior to the date of the race;

　　(8) Any other risk-prone diseases.

III. Period and Time of Registration

　Starts at 10:00, Oct. 26, 2015 and closes at 17:00, Nov. 10, 2015, until the maximum field size is reached.

　Note: Each participant may bring two family members to the park with his/her bib cloth on the day of race.

VI. Process and Notes of Online Registration

　1. Process of Online Registration

　① Log onto the website of race registration → ② Click to Register → ③ Read the registration notes/Fill out the registration form online → ④ Read the Statement of 2015 Shanghai International Marathon→ ⑤ Confirm to register→ ⑥ Pay the registration fee→ ⑦ Print out the Registration Confirmation and sign your name

　2. After the registration success, please pick up the race packet by providing your Registration Confirmation, identification copy and physical examination report issued by a medical institution certifying that you are physically fit to run the race (not applicable for Mini Marathon) at Shanghai East Asia Exhibition Hall (800 Lingling Road) on November 20 to 21 (9:00 – 17:30).

　3. Physical Examination

　Participants may present a physical examination report issued by a registered medical institution within one year prior to the date of the race, or have such physical examination at a medical institution (including a specialized physical examination institution) registered with the health department of the local government by presenting the Registration Confirmation. The physical examination items should cover every item listed under the “Physical Examination Record” in the Registration Confirmation.

VII. Once the registration is confirmed, the registration fee will not be refunded if the participant fails to participate in the race. The race event and any other personal information will not be available for modification after receiving your registration confirmation.

VIII. The final interpretation of these Registration Notes is vested in the Shanghai International Marathon Organizing Committee. Issues not covered herein are subject to further notices and updates.
